Design of steel beams supporting the staircases Fabrication and Galvanizing of steel support members Concrete repair works which included: Sealing of dry cracks, grouting works to seal vertical cracks between the staircases and concrete walls, and waterproofing works by injecting resin material into the walls to seal off wet cracks and stop water leakages through the walls. Painting works to the concrete walls, floors and handrails of the staircases.
